A 1940s tallboy cupboard.

This beautiful utility piece, made of solid oak and veneer with pitch pine shelving, would add a touch of style to just about any room. Its timeless design features two good-sized drawers and a large shelved (shelf removable) cupboard, offering plenty of storage.

In good vintage condition, it has been stripped (it was painted black in a previous life) and refinished to reveal the richness of the oak and the beautiful pattern of the grain. The inside has been cleaned, however we chose not to strip the inside of the doors so that it could retain some of its previous character.
